Simplified Business Solutions ("SBS", "we", "us") operates the website simplifiedbusinessolutions.ph and provides Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation, BIR compliance and Power Platform services in the Philippines.

We collect only the information you choose to give us, plus limited technical data required to serve the site.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information as defined under the Data Privacy Act, and we ask that you do not submit any through this website.

Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit a form, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries directed to us.
4. How the forms work
Forms on this site currently open your own email application with your details pre-filled, so that you send the message from your own mail account. Where a hosted form service is used, your submission is transmitted to that provider and forwarded to our sales address. In either case we receive the information you chose to include.
5. Sharing
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who host our website, deliver our email, or process form submissions on our behalf, bound to use the data only for those purposes
- Microsoft, where a service you have engaged requires provisioning under your own tenant
- Authorities, where disclosure is required by Philippine law or lawful order
6. Storage and retention
Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to respond and to maintain the commercial relationship, and thereafter for the period required by tax and accounting law. When information is no longer needed for any of these purposes, it is securely deleted or anonymised.
7. Security
We apply organisational and technical measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including access restriction on a need-to-know basis and encrypted transport (HTTPS) for this website. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers and Google receives your IP address as part of serving that request. Standard hosting access logs are retained by our hosting provider for operational and security purposes.
9. Your rights under the Data Privacy Act
Under Republic Act No. 10173 you have the right to be informed, to object, to access, to rectify, to erasure or blocking, to damages, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint. To exercise any of these, email salesandmarketing@simplifiedbusinessolutions.ph. We will respond within a reasonable period, and will verify your identity before acting on a request.
You may also complain to the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines (privacy.gov.ph).
10. Links to other sites
This website links to third-party resources, including Microsoft documentation and regulatory sources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of sites we do not operate.
11. Children
This website is directed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
