Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation for Philippine SMEs

A fixed-scope, fixed-price Business Central build delivered with BC-KickStart™ — roughly 70% pre-configured before day one, with BIR statutory reporting and EIS readiness in the base scope.

What a Business Central implementation covers

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a cloud ERP that replaces the spreadsheet-and-accounting-package stack most growing Philippine companies outgrow somewhere between 20 and 100 staff. A complete implementation takes you from your current books to a single system of record — finance, purchasing, inventory, sales and fixed assets in one place, with an audit trail the BIR will accept.

Our scope covers the full path to go-live:

  • Chart of accounts and dimensions — structured for BIR statutory reporting from day one, with dimensions for the segment reporting your management actually needs.
  • Finance — general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliation, withholding tax handling, VAT treatment and period close.
  • Supply chain — purchase requisition through goods receipt and three-way matching, inventory costing, warehouse and location structures, sales order to invoice.
  • Fixed assets — asset registers, depreciation books, and the parallel book treatment Philippine entities commonly need for tax versus financial reporting.
  • Data migration — opening balances, master data, and open transactions, reconciled against your existing books before cutover.
  • Training and hypercare — role-based user training, then a two-week hypercare window where we sit with your team through the first close.

BC-KickStart™ — why 10 working days is realistic

A traditional ERP implementation spends its first six weeks in discovery workshops, producing a requirements document that mostly re-describes how the business already works. BC-KickStart compresses that by inverting the order: we start from a pre-built Philippine configuration and adapt it, rather than building from an empty database.

Roughly 70% of a standard build is already in place on day one — chart of accounts, posting groups, statutory report layouts, document templates, approval workflows and dimension structures. The engagement is spent on the 30% that is genuinely specific to you.

Multi-entity groups, heavy customisation and complex integrations are delivered in phases over a longer timeline. We tell you which category you are in before you sign, not after.

Essentials or Premium — which licence you need

Business Central comes in two licence tiers, and the difference matters commercially.

  • Essentials covers finance, purchasing, sales, inventory, project management and warehousing. It is the right fit for distribution, services and most trading businesses.
  • Premium adds service management and manufacturing. If you assemble, produce, or run field service with billable jobs, you need Premium.

Choosing the tier before scoping — rather than after — avoids paying for capability you never switch on. Our 5-minute assessment maps your operating model to the modules and tier that fit.

BIR readiness is in the base scope, not an add-on

Two distinct BIR obligations sit on top of any ERP in the Philippines, and both are handled inside the implementation rather than sold separately:

What it costs

Implementation is fixed-scope and fixed-price. Startup scopes begin at ₱199,000 one-time plus a Microsoft subscription from ₱10,850 per month for two users. Small companies typically land at ₱450,000 one-time plus subscription from ₱29,999 per month for five users. Mid-sized and multi-entity scopes start at ₱950,000. Full tier detail is on the pricing section.

What you keep afterwards

You own the tenant, the data and the configuration. There is no proprietary layer that locks you to us — Business Central is standard Microsoft software, and any Microsoft partner can pick it up. We offer ongoing support because clients ask for it, not because you are trapped.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

How long does a Business Central implementation really take?
A standard single-entity scope goes live in 10 working days with BC-KickStart, because roughly 70% of the configuration is pre-built. Multi-entity consolidation, manufacturing, or significant integration work extends this to a phased delivery — we classify your scope before you sign.
Do we need to migrate all our history?
No, and usually you should not. We migrate opening balances, master data and open transactions. Historical detail stays accessible in your existing system for the statutory retention period, which is faster to deliver and cheaper to validate.
What is the difference between Business Central Essentials and Premium?
Essentials covers finance, purchasing, sales, inventory, projects and warehousing. Premium adds service management and manufacturing. If you assemble or produce goods, or run billable field service, you need Premium.
Can Business Central handle multiple companies and consolidation?
Yes. Business Central supports multiple legal entities with intercompany postings and consolidation. Multi-entity scopes sit in our Scale tier and are delivered in phases.
Will Business Central satisfy BIR requirements?
Business Central provides the audit trail, immutable posting and reconcilable reporting the BIR expects from a Computerized Accounting System. The registration itself is a documentation and demonstration exercise with your Revenue District Office, which we prepare and support.
