Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI on top of your ERP
Most of your staff should never open the ERP. Give them a purpose-built app instead — and give management a dashboard that reads from the same single source of truth.
Why not just give everyone an ERP licence?
Because a warehouse custodian scanning stock, a field crew closing a job, and a driver confirming a delivery do not need a general ledger. They need three fields and a camera. Full ERP licences for those roles are expensive, and the interface is wrong for the task — which is why adoption fails and the data ends up back in a notebook.
The Power Platform closes that gap. Frontline staff work in a simple app on the phone they already carry; the transaction lands directly in Business Central with no re-keying, at frontline pricing from ₱2,200 per user per month.
What we build
Power Apps — frontline capture
Barcode-driven stock counts and transfers, delivery confirmation with photo and signature, field job completion, timesheets, expense capture, and inspection checklists. Offline-capable where site connectivity is unreliable.
Power Automate — approvals and handoffs
Purchase approval routing with limits and delegation, document generation and distribution, exception alerts, and the scheduled integrations that move data between Business Central and the systems you are not replacing.
Power BI — management reporting
Dashboards built on live Business Central data — margin by product and customer, ageing and collections, inventory turns, project profitability — refreshed automatically rather than assembled in a spreadsheet every Monday.
Power Pages — customer and partner portals
External-facing portals for order status, statement access, service requests and document submission, reading from the same records your internal team works on.
Where this pays back fastest
- Warehouse and stock custody. Barcode capture eliminates the transcription error that drives your variance investigations.
- Field operations. Job completion captured at the site closes the gap between work done and work billed — usually the single largest revenue-leak point in a service business.
- Approvals. Purchase approvals routed with enforced limits remove the informal chat-message approval trail that will not survive an audit.
- Management reporting. One dashboard replacing four spreadsheets, each maintained by a different person with a different cut-off date.
Built on the same platform, not bolted on
Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI are Microsoft products that share security, identity and data model with Business Central. That means one set of user accounts, one permission model, and no integration middleware to maintain between your app layer and your ledger.
It also means your team can maintain what we build. These are low-code tools by design — a capable finance or operations lead can adjust a form or a report without raising a change request.
How we scope it
Power Platform work is normally phased after ERP go-live, once the underlying processes are stable in Business Central. Building an app on a process you are about to redesign wastes the build. The exception is frontline capture that is blocking go-live itself — stock counts, for instance — which we deliver inside the implementation.
